Senior Computer Programmer Assistant Pay Scale: Rs. 36200 – 114800 (Level-9 as per 7th Pay)	Educational Qualification: Must hold a valid B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. in Computer Science (C.S.) / Information Technology (I.T.) / Electronics & Telecommunications OR BCA / MCA / M.Sc. (Electronics / C.S. / I.T.) from a recognized university. Technical Skill: At least 1 (one) year experience in working on Linux / Open Source Software / Windows / DBMS / Software development. Mandatory Institutional Experience: Work experience of not less than 2 (two) years in the District Court Establishment or High Court of Madhya Pradesh. Scope Limit Note: All employees/officials working in the IT domain of MP High Court or District Courts, whether regular or outsourced, are eligible to participate as a one-time measure. Must not have been punished in any departmental enquiry.
MPHC SCPA Suitability Test Selection Process & Marks Scheme Stage 1: Preliminary Screening Examination (Objective MCQ) – Consists of 100 objective-type questions carrying 1 mark each. Testing time is 2 hours on OMR sheet. The syllabus comprises Fundamentals of IT, OS, Network & Info Security, DBMS, Cyber Security Framework, and Software Engineering (Language: English only). Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio for the next round. Stage 2: Practical Examination – Carries a maximum of 25 marks. The syllabus will be identical to the screening test parameter rules. Stage 3: Personal Interview – Carries a maximum of 15 marks. Conducted at the premises of High Court of M.P., Jabalpur. Original document verification will take place at this stage. Stage 4: Past Performance Appraisal – Carries a maximum of 10 marks. Calculated using the candidate’s last 2 years of ACR appraisal metrics reports. Final Selection Merit List Rule : The final merit list will be prepared based on the aggregate marks scored in the Practical Examination + Interview + Past Performance Appraisal. Candidates must secure at least 40% marks in aggregate to be declared successful.
How to Fill MPHC Senior Computer Programmer Assistant Application Form 2026 The application process is entirely offline.
