SAIL RSP Apprentice Selection Process NO WRITTEN EXAM : Selection will be carried out strictly through shortlisting based on academic merit during the walk-in process. Academic Merit Weightage Formula :• 30% Weightage assigned to marks secured in Class-10th (Matriculation) examination. • 70% Weightage assigned to marks secured in ITI / Diploma / Degree examination. Document Verification : Original certificates will be verified during the walk-in schedule at Rourkela. Medical Fitness : Selected candidates must produce a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Government Hospital Doctor bearing their registration number.
