Selection Process & Training Terms Selection Mode : Selection will be based purely on academic merit list prepared on the percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation (Class 10th). No Written Exam / Interview : There will be no written examination or viva voice round. Tie-Breaking Criteria : If marks are identical, older candidate will be preferred; if DOB is also same, candidate who passed 10th earlier will be placed higher. Railway Level-1 Preference : Apprentices trained in Railway establishments (CCAA) holding NAC certificate get preference for up to 20% vacancies in open market direct recruitment to Railway Level-1 posts.
