Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Qualifying Criteria Regional Youth Welfare Officer (Male) : 200m Sprint, Long Jump, High Jump, and Shot Put. Minimum aggregate 45 marks required across events to qualify. Regional Youth Welfare Officer (Female) : 200m Sprint, Long Jump, Cricket Ball Throw, and Rope Skipping. Minimum aggregate 45 marks required across events to qualify. Exercise Trainer (Male) : Indian Gymnastics (Malkhamb, Asana, Mugdar – Min 50 Marks) & Gymnastics (Parallel Bar, Horizontal Bar, Vaulting Horse, Pommel Horse, Floor Exercise – Min 75 Marks). Exercise Trainer (Female) : Indian Gymnastics (Malkhamb Rope, Asana, Skipping Rope – Min 40 Marks) & Gymnastics (Parallel Bar, Vaulting Horse, Balancing Beam, Uneven Bars – Min 65 Marks).
Selection Process Details Stage 1 : Shortlisting of candidates based on UPSSSC PET 2025 Normalized Score. Stage 2 : Mains Written Examination for shortlisted candidates (Syllabus and exam date to be declared separately). Stage 3 : Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) [Qualifying in nature]. Stage 4 : Document Verification (DV) followed by Medical Examination.
